We have a great relationship with our customers here at Blogmutt, though it is a bit odd. We write blog posts for businesses, and they are happy to have them, but they don’t always brag about the fact that we are working for them. People don’t hesitate to brag about a fabulous meal they ate and they aren’t shy about saying, I could never cook that well! But they can still be a bit shy about announcing that they have a someone else working on their fabulous blog.
I’m not ashamed to say someone else does most of the writing in my blog. If you want to see examples of Blogmutt posts, it’s not hard. Nearly all the posts I put up these days come from other writers.
But we do have some great customers who love Blogmutt and say so publicly. The head honcho over at SuperMoney recently sent me this note:
SuperMoney is a leading consumer finance portal which makes financial education approachable and fun.
BlogMutt is a great partner of SuperMoney, and the BlogMutt editorial team has helped fill the site with a bunch of articles on a variety of important content.
We also get notes of thanks quite often, not just from customers, but from writers. It’s always heartening when hear from a writer that they’ve dreamed of being a writer, and we are helping to make their dream come true. We’re proud and honored to be able to do that for writers.
And, back to customers, we love writing for them and we also love learning about them. One customer doing something really interesting is Bubobox. We provide blogs for this company that provides a cool tool for testimonials via video. You can see that tool in use here: https://www.blogmutt.com/pages/testimonials (That page has an application in it that allows it to record video. It’s the same underlying tech that Facebook uses, so it’s solid, but it may or may not be installed on your computer. Let me know what you think of that.) You can see video from, among others, Krista Marks, the fabulous founder of UsingMiles, another great Blogmutt customer.
And lastly the most important testimonial of all: referrals. This has become a huge source of new customers for us. Happy customers are telling their business friends, and those friends are signing up. We’re happy to have them, and it makes us just want to work that much harder to serve all our customers, and all those customers who haven’t yet heard about Blogmutt.
